1. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

  • Each AI room design generation consumes credits as displayed on pricing pages.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. One-time credit packs do not recur.
  • Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store complete payment details.

3. Content and License

  • You retain ownership of images you upload and outputs we generate for you, subject to third-party rights and applicable laws.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your uploads for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws and does not infringe rights of others.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
  • No scraping or rate-limiting evasion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, and materials provided by AI Room Designer are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Room Designer and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
