Refund Policy

We aim to provide a fair and transparent refund experience for AI Room Designer purchases made on airoomdesigner.org.

1. Eligibility

  • Credit Packs (One-Time): Eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime. If no credits have been consumed in the current billing cycle, a refund may be granted within 7 days of the charge.
  • Fraud or Unauthorized Charges: Contact [email protected] immediately.

2. Ineligible Cases

  • Credits already consumed for AI room design generations.
  • Partial refunds for unused credits in an active cycle (unless required by law).
  • Abuse of the refund process or repeated claims.

3. Process

  1. Submit a request via the Refund Application page or email us.
  2. Provide your order number, email/account info, and reason.
  3. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
